Melrose investments are on the brink of opening 5 luxury serviced apartments in the heart of Blackpool!
We acquired the former RBS Bank at the end of 2021 and have been working tirelessly to renovate the first, second and third floors into 5 luxury apartments which will be available to book for 2 night minimum stays very soon!

Planning permission granted!
We have recently had planning permission approved for a Co-Op store in Walton Le Dale. The former Grosvenor garage on Chorley Road will be demolished and a new store erected by Spring 2022!

New site Acquired!
Melrose Investments have recently exchanged on an exciting new site in Hambleton.
We will be soon completing on Ryecroft Hall!

We have recently submitted 2 planning applications for Co-Op stores in Baxenden and Walton Le Dale.
We are anticipating decisions imminently, upon which we will be commencing demolition and construction of the exciting projects.
Melrose Investments continue to develop a fantastic working relationship with Co-Op and look forward to many more schemes with them in the near future.
